Harris Lamb’s Recoveries and Restructuring team has launched a partnership with Birmingham-based valuers and auctioneers MGR Appraisals to further enhance its service offering.

The business, which works on behalf of a number of banks, lenders and insolvency practitioners to recover properties and assets, provide consultancy and oversee assisted sales, has more than 20 years’ experience and first-class market knowledge, and recognised the opportunity to add to its expertise by working in conjunction with a niche partner.

MGR Appraisals, based in St Paul’s Square, has a proven track record in corporate restructuring, specialising in plant and machinery and business assets to encompass a full range of sectors, including engineering, construction, printing, food machinery and hi-tech industries.
