EVERYTHING LOOKS ROSY IN COVENTRY

Harris Lamb has let shops in a popular Coventry retail location to two brand new businesses.

Two units on the Daventry Road Parade have been taken on by newly-launched florist Daisy’s Flower Boutique and mobile phone and accessories retailer Get Connected.

David Walton, head of retail at Harris Lamb, said: “The Daventry Road Parade is arguably the best neighbourhood retail location in Coventry, excluding the city centre itself.

“It is a particularly popular location due to the diverse businesses situated there and the availability of parking immediately outside the doors of the properties.

“It is very pleasing to see two new businesses in the city picking Cheylesmore as their new home. We are currently marketing two further retail sites on the parade and we’ve had a good deal of interest, so we hope to be introducing these latest tenants to their new neighbours in the new year,” he added.
