HARRIS LAMB INSTRUCTED TO LET SHREWSBURY RETAIL PARK

Harris Lamb has been instructed to let a number of units on a Shrewsbury retail park.

Acting on behalf of Morris Properties Harris Lamb has been appointed as sole agent on Arrow Point Retail park on Brixton way.

The retail park is home to a number of occupiers including Tile Choice, Poundstretcher and Charlies.

The business has now been instructed to let four units of varying size, all of which have already been awarded planning consent for bulky goods retail, making them ideal for DIY stores, kitchen and bathroom showrooms, office supplies retailers or home and pets specialist stores.
