The property was sold with a guide price of £350,000 and the new owner intends to redevelop it for residential use, subject to obtaining planning permission.

Sara Elwell, of the business’ Agency team, said that there had been a great deal of interest due to the property’s residential potential.

INVESTORS SNAP UP FORMER BIRMINGHAM CLINIC FOR RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION“The property had a total floor area of 1,546 sq ft, over two floors, with the ground floor previously being used as a clinic, and the first floor comprises two self-contained one-bedroom flats.

“There is currently a driveway for two cars at the front of the property, a small garage to the side and an extensive garden to the rear.  The total site area is approx. 0.334 acres.

“Add to that its location – five miles from Birmingham city centre and within walking distance of Hall Green train station and local bus stops –  and it’s easy to understand why so many were keen to secure the building,” she said.

The successful buyer has not been identified.
