HARRIS LAMB APPOINTS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Harris Lamb has appointed an experienced property manager as it develops the residential stream of the business.
Tina Cannon joins the business’ property management team with an estate agency background including most recently working with Purple Bricks.

“Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business, having worked within the residential property industry for more than ten years.
“Her regional contact-base is extensive, and we’re confident that her expertise in housing law and regulations, health and safety policies and in Influencing, negotiating, growing and developing property portfolios will prove a vital asset for the 12-strong property management team that she is joining”
Tina, who has lived in Worcestershire all of her life, brings extensive experience in estate agency, sales, lettings, property management, property refurbishment, and property acquisitions on behalf of clients, and prides herself on managing budgets, driving efficiency, achieving results and hitting targets in competitive and challenging environments.
Tina said: “Harris Lamb is a well established company and I was attracted to the business because of it’s long standing reputation for excellent customer service.
“The team has expertise in many specialist fields and I am hoping to bring my residential property background into the business to support the team, its existing clients and help to expand the residential arm of the business.”
