HARRIS LAMB APPOINTS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER TO ADD SUPPORT TO GROWING PORTFOLIO
Harris Lamb has further developed its property management team with the appointment of a new residential property manager to help oversee the company’s growing portfolio of instructions.
Sam Hubbard has joined the 14-strong team as Residential Property Manager, bringing a background of working with the national residential lettings and property management market.
Shirley Greenlees, head of property management, said: “The management offering has grown exponentially over the past few years, something which saw us branch out from focusing on commercial portfolios, into the residential sector for our clients two years ago.
“As part of the success of this arm, we’ve brought Sam on board to help oversee the day-to-day liaison between clients and tenants, and her background, which includes stints at both a national property management group and a letting agent, means that she is fully up to speed with the legal and personal aspects required to fulfil the role.”
Sam said: “I was attracted to Harris Lamb because of its growing, nationwide portfolio, and very much wanted to be part of the team, and its ongoing success. I like the diversity and opportunities that the role has to offer and look forward to supporting the team with existing client instructions and expanding the portfolio further.”
“The business has a very strong reputation within the property sector, and despite being such a large firm which continues to grow, it is known for its close-knit environment and the support it gives to its staff members, in order to help them advance their knowledge, and develop their skills further.”
