BOURNVILLE CHARITY APPOINTS HARRIS LAMB FOR CONSULTANCY SUPPORT
Property management specialists at Harris Lamb have been appointed to provide consultancy advice to Bournville Village Trust.
The charity and housing association currently provides services to 25,000 people.
With a state-of-the-art care village in Bournville, and a joint venture with Homes England to create a modern garden village in Telford currently underway, BVT has instructed Harris Lamb’s property management team to provide support as it fulfils its management commitments.
Shirley Greenlees, Director, said: “We are very proud to be working alongside Bournville Village Trust. The charity has an important legacy within the region and has done incredible work over the past 120 years to build strong, thriving communities and provide good quality, sustainable homes.
“The Trust is much more than a housing association; it oversees agricultural estates, green open spaces, shops and Selly Manor Museum. It is a huge undertaking for the charity, and our role is to support the team with the work it does across its multi-occupied estates.
“BVT provides services to 8,000 homes, including homes for social rent and retirement housing, and we provide guidance in relation to BVT’s lease management, service charge management and administration, and health and safety compliance,” she said.
