John Pearce

Associate

An experienced town planner, John joined the planning consultancy team in April 2017.

He has extensive experience of delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use developments both within the West Midlands and across the country for individuals and land promotors through to national developers and landowners. His commercial experience, coupled with his detailed understanding of the planning system, means he is able to advise clients on a wide variety of planning and development related matters.

Experience gained from consultancy and within the house building industry has also given him a clear understanding of the commercial objectives faced by housebuilders, and he is keen to make a positive contribution to the delivery of new housing within the region.
