Robert Pinks joined Harris Lamb in April 2016 after working in London for a national rating specialist where he had exposure to a large number of clients and property types. However, Robert prefers the client driven culture established at Harris Lamb and has been successful, settling appeals and winning cases at Valuation Tribunal on a wide breadth of property types including showrooms, trade counters, retail units and restaurants on behalf of both local and national occupiers including 2Sisters Food Group, Wolseley UK and Exhaust Tyres & Batteries (ETB).
