Victoria joined Harris Lamb in 2016 creating their East Midlands office where she heads their National Licensed and Leisure department
With 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market, Victoria has specialized in local taxation and Business Rates Valuations for over 25 years, providing advice in undertaking Appeals and Challenges on behalf of landlord & tenant clients, including giving evidence at Valuation Tribunals.
Victoria specializes in all aspects of the licensed, leisure and hospitality sectors and represents ratepayers of public houses, hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, golf courses, marinas, sports facility amongst other
Her Clients are based throughout the UK include companies, PLC’s, local authorities, private individuals & accountants, they seek her expertise & guidance though this complicated minefield. Through lateral thinking, Victoria enjoys a challenge!
She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institution of Revenues and Rating Valuation, the Rating Surveyors’ Association and a Member of the British Institute of Innkeeping.
