Carolyn joined Harris Lamb’s Lease Advisory team in Summer 2020 and is a qualified surveyor specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals. Carolyn also has extensive knowledge of the children’s day nursery sector, which is a useful addition to Harris Lamb’s service line.

Having worked within Lease Advisory and Valuation teams before, Carolyn has a strong understanding of the department’s work, and advises a wide range of corporate occupiers and landlords.
