A recent addition to Harris Lamb’s Licensed and Leisure team, Gavin has three years’ experience in Rating and has acted on a number of licensed and leisure properties across England and Wales.
He has also represented tenants of head offices and distribution warehouses and has a knowledge of obtaining savings for clients via a variety of options, including Section 44 relief and empty property rates.
