HARRIS LAMB ANNOUNCES 2021 PROMOTIONS
Harris Lamb has announced three key promotions for 2021, recognising the work of team members within its Environment, Business Rates and Management Accounts departments.
The business said that this year’s recipients had been recognised in particular for outstanding efforts over the past 12 months.
Rob Kennedy, who leads the Management Accounts team, has been promoted to an Associate while Rob Pinks of the Business Rates department has been promoted to Senior Surveyor and ecologist Josh Randhawa has been made a Consultant Ecologist.
Richard Fantham, Director, explained: “2020-2021 has brought circumstances and challenges we could never have imagined to every sector, and we have been incredibly impressed with the way our entire team has responded to them, adapting to remote working and ensuring that our commitment to high service levels was maintained and that client and colleague communication remained strong throughout.
“All of our departments have worked hard throughout this time, but these promotions reflect the efforts that Rob, Josh and Rob in particular have put in to supporting their departments and their clients.
“Rob Kennedy was brought in to lead our Management Accounts team in 2018 and has forged strong links with key clients, enabling him to provide constant communication at a time when it was needed most,” he said.
“Our Rating team has experienced an extremely busy year providing guidance and support to businesses forced to close their doors for prolonged periods, and since joining Harris Lamb, Rob Pinks has become a key member of the team. This year has seen him excel in his role, providing a central point of client contact and supporting long-standing clients throughout the Pandemic.
“Finally, our Environment team is as busy as ever with survey work for clients, and Josh has proved his passion for ecology and his commitment to our clients in taking responsibility for leading on-site survey teams to ensure important deadlines and opportunities were not missed. Josh also pursued and secured his Level 1 Bat Licence qualification, an important career step in its own right and providing a huge benefit to the overall departmental offer.
“All three of them are highly valued by their colleagues, and we are delighted to acknowledge and reward the dedication and commitment they have demonstrated during their time with us,” added Richard.
