Retail – Arrow Point Retail Park: Shrewsbury
Acting on behalf of Morris Properties Harris Lamb was appointed as sole agent on Arrow Point Retail Park in Shrewsbury.
The business was tasked with securing tenants for a number of units units, all with planning consent for bulky goods retail, and utilised its retail network to highlight the opportunity to establish a presence at an established, modern, out-of-town retail park.
Initially Harris Lamb provided planning assistance to widen the consent on the scheme.
Harris Lamb went on to let units to Poundstretcher and British Heart Foundation. To date over 32,000 ft sq of retail warehouse has been let.
