Having been tasked with project managing the fit-out of a fifth-floor office in Birmingham city centre, the building consultancy team negotiated costs, oversaw a tender for furniture suppliers and specification strategy and monitored the entire process from start to finish.
The building consultancy team established the scope and cost of the works, agreed the precise locations of electrical power and data-floor box locations to suit the client’s required furniture layout.
