Having over 30 years specialist experience in the West Midlands/Black Country and Shropshire property markets, Mark provides advice to both Landlords and Tenants on a variety of Professional Services, including rent reviews, lease negotiations, business rates and valuations.
Mark is a recognised Expert Witness dealing with referrals of rent reviews to Arbitrators and Experts as well as Lease Renewal determinations at Court. As a RICS Registered Valuer, Mark regularly undertakes valuations of a wide range of commercial premises for Pension Fund, Loan Security and Taxation purposes, as well as for disposal and acquisition.
Mark also has an extensive knowledge of the Rating ‘Check, Challenge and Appeal’ process, helping his clients to navigate this extremely complex area, regularly achieving substantial savings on their behalf.
