Paul joined Harris Lamb’s Planning Consultancy team in June 2022, bringing a wealth of experience within the specialising in strategic land and planning applications.

Prior to his most recent roles, with Countryside and Bruton Knowles, Paul worked as a Director at Malcolm Scott Consultants, the rural business planning consultancy acquired by Harris Lamb in 2015.

Paul is passionate about residential and rural planning work, and is responsible for a wide range of projects for the business.
