AGENTS MARKET EVESHAM COLLEGE SITE FOR REDEVELOPMENT

Land agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed to sell the former college site in Evesham for redevelopment.

The 4.15-acre site on Davies Road is earmarked redevelopment, and the business’ Residential Land team has placed the plot on the market and is welcoming offers for the opportunity.

Located a short walk away from Evesham town centre, the site comprises the southern part of the Evesham College Campus, made up of part car parking provision for the college along with vacant college buildings.
