Susan Boyd
Graduate Surveyor
Susan relocated to Birmingham from Leicestershire in February 2023 to join Harris Lamb’s Professional team, where she works alongside the Business Rates and Lease Advisory teams.
She brings a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, and has spent the past two years working with small and medium-sized businesses to offer guidance and support as they made the transition from the challenges presented during Covid to those presented by an energy crisis.
Susan plans to continue her career progression with the support of the business by studying for her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with Harris Lamb’s in-house mentor to become a RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor.
