Harris Lamb’s Stoke-based Agency team has been instructed to market Keele University’s Science and Innovation Park, a high-specification commercial site comprising of 130,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation located just ten minutes away from the UK motorway network.

The business has been awarded the instruction as work on Innovation Centre 7, a brand-new facility created as the result of a £15million investment from Research England, the European Regional Development Fund and Getting Building Fund, reaches completion at the park.

The 600-acre science park currently hosts more than 50 businesses, from recent start-ups through to established multinationals, working across a range of different knowledge-intensive markets, and supports more than 1,000 employees.
