EVENT PRODUCTION SPECIALISTS SIGN TEN-YEAR LEASE ON HARTLEBURY INDUSTRIAL UNIT

Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have let a Hartlebury industrial unit to a local event production business further to a full refurbishment.

Acting for a private landlord, the business let Unit 115 Hartlebury Trading Estate, extending to just under 30,000sqft with onsite parking and an extensive yard, to Production Support Services Ltd.

The company, which provides event production management and the most up to date video, sound, lighting, staging equipment for live and virtual events, has signed a 10-year lease on the property, attracted to the estate’s excellent facilities and security.

Neil Slade, who oversaw the letting, said: “This particular building is owned by one of a small number of private landlords on the estate and proved to be a much sought-after property.

“The unit is set on a 1.9-acre site and benefits from an extensive, secure rear yard and onsite parking, and following an extensive refurbishment has been fitted with new LED warehouse lighting and high-quality integral offices.

“We are delighted to have secured Production Support Services as a long-term tenant. “The specification of the unit, teamed with the Estate’s convenient proximity to the national motorway network and additional security benefits such as CCTV, ANPR and on-site management, the property fitted the business’ requirements well, resulting in the signing of a 10-year lease at £225,000 per annum,” he added.
