Richard Fantham, Director, said that all of those singled out have been acknowledged as going above and beyond for the company and thoroughly deserve their promotions.
“Harris Lamb has a proven track record of working with all of our employees to further their skillsets and careers, and we have been impressed with how each these individuals have grown with their roles and responded to and supported both their peers and clients.
“Fiona has been with the business for eighteen years and her substantial knowledge and insight provides clients with high quality professional advice on Valuation matters. We are delighted she taken on the leadership of the department as it moves from strength to strength.
“Rob Pinks has become an integral part of our Business Rates team, demonstrating great understanding of clients’ concerns while providing accurate, up-to-date guidance to help them navigate a notoriously tricky property tax system, and his colleague Marion has become an essential asset to the department since she joined us in 2018, dealing with a portfolio of properties, clients and billing authorities to ensure the smooth running of empty property rate systems,” he said.
“Rob Kennedy has done an exceptional job of leading the Clients Accounts team in our Management department through providing tailored accounting services for both commercial and residential investor clients and occupier management services clients, particularly in light of the many economic challenges faced both within the sector and the UK as a whole over the last five years. His diligence in maintaining excellent client relationships and understanding of ever-changing circumstances has been superb.
“Finally, Mike Burr has become a key part of our Commercial Agency team and deserves credit for expanding our operations into the Northwest. Since joining us two years ago, we have gained a strong foothold in Cheshire, raising our profile and client-base further afield from our Stoke base.
“We are impressed with the dedication and diligence that Fiona, Rob, Mike, Rob and Marion have shown in their roles and delighted to acknowledge that. We give them our thanks and our congratulations and look forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come,” added Richard.
