Matthew Pearcey, who oversaw the deal, said: “Hulbert Properties bought the property, the former William & Sons building having recognised the locational advantages of the site to attract high-calibre tenants.

“As a detached warehouse set in 1.4 acres, the building boasts a prominent position close to the Merry Hill Centre, Waterfront Office Park and the Copthorne Hotel, and has great Midlands Road and public transport links, which will be further enhanced by its proximity to the proposed Metro stop earmarked for the area.

“Further to investing in an extensive refurbishment, Hulbert Properties instructed Sellers, our parent company Harris Lamb, and joint agents Michael Johnson & Co. to market the opportunity, resulting in a letting to MJ Quinn.”

The site is fully self-contained benefitting from 51 dedicated car parking space. The secondary bay has access via two roller shutter doors and a mezzanine floor with lift access.
