NEW OCCUPIERS SOUGHT FOR NOTTINGHAM’S PEARL ASSURANCE HOUSE
A prime office building offering views over Nottingham has been placed on the letting market for businesses keen to secure an attention-grabbing city centre address.
Harris Lamb has been instructed to let Pearl Assurance House on Friar Lane by its new owners, Nine Property Group, who purchased the building earlier this year.
A total of 9,306 sq ft of Grade B space is available to let over the second, fourth and fifth floors at the stylish property, and Rob Haigh, of Harris Lamb’s Nottingham office, said the business was already experiencing high interest levels in the site.
“Pearl House is a well-known building in the city and its panoramic views across it will be a huge attraction for potential occupiers. The property is sited in the heart of the centre and overlooks the Market Square and iconic Council House building.
“Positioned in close proximity to Nottingham’s shops and leisure facilities, the building has immediate bus and tram access and is just a ten minute walk away from the train station, making it a fantastic location for businesses looking for a prominent East Midlands site.
“The high-specification building already houses a number of established companies across the rest of its nine floors, including The Press Association, Turner & Townsend and Direct Health, and the available space can be leased as a whole or in various parts, according to the successful tenants’ requirements. We’re already experiencing a great deal of interest and overseeing a number of viewings with potential occupiers,” he added.
The asking rent on the property is £15 per sq ft.
FHP Property Consultants are also instructed to market the available accommodation.
