ADULT GAMING CONCEPT LAUNCHES AT RUGBY’S SWAN CENTRE
A brand-new adult gaming centre has opened in Rugby, launching its first UK outlet at the Swan Centre.
The Razz – the trading name for Intervision Gaming (UK) Ltd – launched in Unit 6 at the popular retail centre last month, having first agreed terms pre-pandemic.
The business has a strong reputation for producing stimulating game play with rich graphics to ensure the ultimate player experience, and Intervision’s first UK site aims to bring a high-tech experience to the town, showcasing its world-class, revolutionary gaming products.
The Razz is the third occupier secured for the complex in recent months, following Bewiched Coffee and golf experience Par ‘n’ Bar. Intervision Gaming has signed a 15-year lease on the 1,670 sq ft property.
Harris Lamb, which manages the scheme on behalf of the landlord and acts as letting agents alongside Space Retail and Hartnell Taylor Cook, secured Intervision Gaming as the latest occupier.
David Walton, Head of Retail at Harris Lamb, said: “This is another example of continued confidence in Rugby and the Swan retail centre during the pandemic. This letting was agreed in November 2020 and the tenant and landlord have obtained planning and premises licences as well as undertaking changes to the property over the following months to facilitate the letting.
“The Swan Centre has seen a steady reduction in the number of vacant units and with a recent letting to Bar’n’Par, an adventure golf themed bar and restaurant, there are only two vacant units left. With the diverse range of retailers, eateries and entertainment options now available at the centre, we are confident similar businesses will be attracted to the site to cement its reputation as a visitor destination within the region,” he added.
Other occupiers at the Swan Centre include The Entertainer, Costa, Millington Travel, Libertine Burger and Kaspas.
