HARRIS LAMB APPOINTS TIM GREEN AS GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYOR

Harris Lamb has appointed a new surveyor to its Building Consultancy team. Tim Green joins the business from Pennycuick Collins.

Tim has spent the past seven years honing his experience at a selection of specialist consultancies.

Paul Wells, Director, said: “This year has been an incredibly busy one for the business and we needed to strengthen our team in order to fulfil the volume of projects we’re currently overseeing and those in the pipeline.

“Tim stood out to us immediately due to his commitment to expanding his skillset, something which began while he was still at Birmingham City University as he undertook a building surveying work placements in his second year and while study throughout his final year. 

“Since then, he has gained extensive experience working on a range of commercial building instructions within the residential, retail, industrial and office sectors. Tim’s expertise extends across the contract administration, dilapidations, due diligence and planned preventative maintenance areas of a range of projects, and we are delighted he has chosen to join us. I have no doubt he will prove a valuable asset to our department.”

Tim said: “I have very much enjoyed spending the past seven years developing skills that I can apply within a busy consultancy team, I am looking forward to moving into the next phase of my career and am planning on sitting my APC next summer. 

“Harris Lamb has an excellent reputation for its building consultancy work, and having seen the high-profile contracts my colleagues have overseen in the past decade, I am excited to work alongside the team, and further my experience,” he added.
