HARRIS LAMB APPOINTED TO MANAGE VELOCITY 42 BUSINESS PARK DEVELOPMENT IN REDDITCH
Harris Lamb has been instructed to manage the new Velocity 42 business park development in Redditch.
Further to recently announcing that Avon Freight Group have signed a 15-year lease on Unit 5 at the warehouse and distribution development, joint venture brownfield regeneration specialists St Francis Group and the Richardson family, have appointed the Property Management team at Harris Lamb to oversee the smooth running of the estate.
The team will provide a full property management service for the landlord including financial administration, service charge management, management of contractor and service supplier relationships and statutory health and safety compliance.
Harris Lamb currently oversee more than 180 commercial estates nationwide, and Director Shirley Greenlees said,“Harris Lamb are delighted to add Velocity 42 to our client portfolio”.
“Building works at this five-unit scheme finished a few weeks ago, and we’re obviously thrilled to be managing this asset on behalf of the joint venture. With two tenants now taking occupation, and the three remaining units attracting a lot ofinterest from prospective occupiers with requirements along the M42 corridor, we’re in a great position to establish relationships with new tenants as they move into the park.
“Harris Lamb have a long-standing relationship with both St Francis Group and the Richardson family, and we’re pleased that they’ve entrusted the day-to-day running of their latest development to ourselves.”
Velocity 42 is part of a 1.1M sq. ft. development portfolio completed by St Francis within the last 14 months.
