WAFFLE & MORE BECOMES LATEST OCCUPIER AT RUGBY’S SWAN CENTRE

Retail agents at Harris Lamb have secured a further occupier for the penultimate unit in the dining quarter of Rugby’s Swan Centre with the addition of a retro diner and entertainment arcade.

Waffle & More have launched their sixth UK branch at the centre further to a much-anticipated opening weekend.

Waffle and More have signed a 15-year lease on Units 15/16A at the centre, a prominent 3,642 sq ft opportunity well-suited to its arcade game and tasty treats offering.

The business, which also has sites in Worcester, Crewe, Harlow, Corby and Hackney, specialises in serving up a range of sweet waffle-based treats and offering a range of arcade games, which can be booked by the hour or booked for private parties.

Head of Retail, David Walton, said: “We are pleased to welcome Waffle & More to the scheme. They have taken one of the most prominent units being opposite Asda and at the entrance to the Swan Centre. 

“The Centre has attracted a diverse range of retailers, eateries and entertainment options in recent years, and Waffle & More further cements the centre’s reputation as a visitor destination within the region.

“They join other occupiers including Libertine Burger, Costa Coffee and Bewiched Coffee, leaving just one remaining unit within the dining quarter of this scheme as we push the Centre forward to 100 per cent occupancy,” added David.
