HARRIS LAMB SELLS OVER 100 PERSIMMON HOMES TO HOUSING PROVIDER
Harris Lamb’s residential land team has sold more than 100 properties to an affordable housing provider on behalf of Persimmon Homes.
The business oversaw the sale of the homes, located at sites in Coventry, Rugby and Leamington, to WM Housing Group.

Chris Jones, Head of Residential Land for Harris Lamb, said: “We are delighted to have acted for Persimmon in securing these sales, which will see high specification homes in quality locations sold to WMHG.
“It is good to see an increasing number of quality and affordable options for those entering the housing market for the first time.
“These sites will go a long way to meeting WM Housing Group’s target of providing 500 new homes per year,” he added.
The properties, in Leamington , Rugby and Coventry, are part of a substantial number of on-going sites in the Midlands being developed by Persimmon Homes.
Harris Lamb is also preparing to sell further land on behalf of a variety of clients, in Worcestershire, the Black Country, Birmingham, Warwickshire and South Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
