Alexandra Ginés Heiwegen

Architectural Technologist

Alexandra graduated as a Technical Architect in Building Construction from the School of Building Construction of Barcelona in 1998.  She then graduated as a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture at the Utrecht School of Arts in Holland in 2005.  She worked in Amsterdam for the Victor Wijnen Bureau of Architecture and for the Ingenieria RCP in Vilanova in Spain.  She has worked for Malcolm Scott Consultants as an Architectural Technologist since 2005.

Alexandra has considerable experience in the preparation of technical drawings for planning applications, particularly elevations and building layouts.  She prepares outline tender packages, specifications and construction detailing in projects, liaises with consultant architects and sub-consulting engineers on detailed design in the preparation of complex planning applications and oversees the final preparation of drawings for submission to planning applications and appeals.
