Fiona joined Harris Lamb in 2007 and has over 25 years specialist experience in providing valuation advice to a range of clients including banks, other financial institutions, corporate clients, Local Authorities, property companies and solicitors as well as also private individuals.
Fiona heads up a team of registered valuers who cover the valuation of commercial and investment properties together with commercial and residential development sites throughout the Midlands. She has also been appointed as an Expert Witness providing valuation advice for dispute resolution.
Fiona is an RICS Registered Valuer and as part of our specialist Valuation team she offers a wealth of experience providing a detailed and professional approach for all her clients.
