Josie joined Harris Lamb’s Planning team in 2021 after spending time with the business on work placements during her Rural Enterprise and Land Management degree and providing support to the department preparing for a high-profile appeal.

Further to graduating, Josie enrolled in the RICS structured training programme with the intention to qualify as a chartered surveyor through the RICS Planning and Development Pathway, a goal she achieved in November 2022.
