Maqsood joined Harris Lamb’s Property Management team at the beginning of 2025, bringing a strong background within commercial property management, most recently in her role as Regional Estates Manager for Travelodge.
Further to securing a master’s degree in real estate management at Birmingham City University in 2009, Maqsood launched her commercial property career as a Graduate Surveyor with Severn Trent Water, and held positions at DTZ and JLL prior to spending seven years at Savills as a senior surveyor within the business’ property management team.
Having joined Travelodge in 2022, Maqsood was part of the organisation’s dedicated estates management team overseeing all estates matters across the UK hotel portfolio, leading on a number of significant projects including a review of the telecoms portfolio, fibre upgrades, sublet recharges, EPC and EV charging.
She has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of property management across a variety of portfolios, encompassing everything from service charge administration to health and safety compliance and debt recovery action, making her a key asset to our multi-disciplined business.
