Director
Paul is the Director heading up the Building Consultancy Department since 2009 and has grown the department to its current size. Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor, with over 20 years experience, and has considerable experience over many years in practice acting on behalf of a wide range of clients providing construction and property solutions on the full range of properties and sites.
He acts as a Project Manager for Construction and Development Projects in a variety of sectors, with a track record of delivering scheme within budget and timeframe.
Paul acts provides professional services to including Dilapidations, Party Walls, Defect Analysis, Schedule of Conditions, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Construction/Refurbishment Services.
