A Director in our Planning and Development team, Sam has practical experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of complex planning issues and an intimate working knowledge of the development management system from his public sector background.

Sam has given advice on, negotiated and managed a range of complex planning proposals,successfully secured allocations in local and neighbourhood plans, and acts as an expert witness at public inquiries and hearings.
