Sam joined Harris Lamb’s property management team in February 2019, bringing valued experience of working within both the residential lettings and management sectors across the UK.
Working within the business’ commercial management team, Samantha manages a portfolio of properties including offices, retail and industrial estates, in addition to overseeing service charge management and property compliance for clients.
Samantha has also commenced a degree in Real Estate Management to develop her knowledge further, and is registered with Harris Lamb’s graduate programme, where she works with her colleagues and in-house mentor towards her Assessment of Professional Competence to become RICS accredited, something she aims to complete in due course.
