Scott joined Harris Lamb in October 2024, having been appointed to the Commercial Agency team to focus on the East Midlands region, overseeing operations from the business’ Nottingham office.

Scott began his surveying career after graduating in 2007 with a Masters degree in Property Investment and Management from Nottingham Trent University.

While his primary specialism is acquisition, disposal and development consultancy, he also has extensive experience of providing advice and support on landlord and tenant matters, property management and business rates guidance.
