Sean Reid joined Harris Lamb in September 2024 as a Director within the Lease Advisory team.

In addition to having almost three decades’ experience and having dealt with numerous key commercial property assets within the West and East Midlands, Sean has been an RICS appointed Independent Expert since 2005 and an Arbitrator since 2007 and has a superb professional reputation and an extensive knowledge of lease renewals and rent reviews.
