Simon Hawley

Simon is an experienced Town Planner who deals with a broad range of planning projects. He started his career in the public sector gaining both planning policy and development control experience before moving to the private sector in 2006. 

Simon has a range of experience dealing with residential, employment, leisure and mixed use schemes. These range from small scale developments to large scale urban extensions.  

Simon has advised clients on a range of strategic planning issues and site promotion strategies. This includes site finding and housing land supply matters. He has also worked on large scale strategic employment sites. Simon is an experienced expert witness providing evidence at public inquiries and Local Plan examination on a number of different matters. He is diligent with an excellent eye for detail and a proven track record of success.
